Section 01

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between Fachai ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any part of the Fachai online gaming platform available at https://fachai.buzz and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By completing the account registration process, accessing your Fachai account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game or wager on this Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Fachai reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. Material changes will be communicated via in-platform notifications or email where reasonably practicable.

Section 02

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" — The Fachai online gaming website, mobile interface, software, and all associated services accessible at https://fachai.buzz.
• "Account" — A registered user account created by a Player on the Platform for purpose of accessing gaming services, making deposits, and placing wagers.
• "Player" / "User" — Any natural person who has registered an Account on the Platform and is using the Platform's services.
• "Balance" — The total funds held in a Player's Fachai account, comprising deposited funds, bonus credits (where applicable), and any winings acrued.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits awarded by Fachai under specific terms. Bonus Funds are governed by individual promotion terms and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" — Funds deposited into the Account by the Player via eligible payment methods, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer. The identity verification process required by Fachai before processing withdrawals or where otherwise required under these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total value of eligible bets that must be completed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "MYR" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary fiat currency used on the Platform.
• "Crypto" — Digital currency accepted on the Platform, including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether USDT TRC20.

Section 03

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the Fachai Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be a natural person (i.e., not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
2. You must be aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You must not be a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of Fachai or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processing partners.
6. You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms via any national or platform-specific self-exclusion register.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. If your circumstances change such that you no longer meet these requirements, you must notify Fachai immediately and cease using the Platform.

Section 04

Account Registration & Management

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) Fachai account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, email address, IP address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Fachai will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

The following account management obligations apply to all Players:

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and update such information if it changes.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any third party to access or use your account.
• You must notify Fachai's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• You must not use any automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or operate your account.

Fachai reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or upon detection of suspicious activity. Failure to cooperate with the KYC process may result in suspension of account functionality and delays to withdrawal processing.

Section 05

Deposits & Payment Methods

Fachai accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods, as well as in supported cryptocurrency:

All deposited funds must originate from a payment account or wallet registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to a person other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds where practically possible.

Fachai does not charge deposit fees. However, third-party transaction fees applied by your bank, e-wallet provider, or blockchain network are the Player's sole responsibility. Processing times stated above are indicative and may vary based on network conditions, payment provider availability, and transaction volumes.

Section 06

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. The Player's account must have successfully completed KYC identity verification prior to the first withdrawal. Subsequent withdrawals may require-verification at Fachai's discretion.
2. The withdrawal amount must consist of Real Money Funds only. Bonus Funds that have not completed their wagering requirements are not withdrawable.
3. The withdrawal method must correspond to the same method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible.
4. Withdrawal requests must not exceed the Player's applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limit as determined by their VIP tier.
5. The account must be in good standing — not under investigation, not self-excluded, and not in breach of any provision of these Terms.

Fachai aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes: e-walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers within 30minutes to 4 hours; cryptocurrency within 15–60 minutes subject to network confirmation times. These are target processing times and are not guaranteed.

Fachai reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request before processing. This may include, but is not limited to, requesting additional identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation. Cooperation with such requests is mandatory and refusal will result in the withdrawal request being declined.

Section 07

Bonuses & Promotions

Fachai offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of this Agreement.

The following general bonus terms apply to all Fachai promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per eligible account, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly permit otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to the Player's account as a separate balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where specified). Only bets placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirements — certain games, including but not limited to table games, live dealer games, or games with RTP above a specified threshold, may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate.
• Bonuses expire if not claimed within the stated promotional period. Active Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stipulated timeframe, which will be stated on each promotion.
• Minimum deposit thresholds and minimum odds requirements (where applicable to sports betting bonuses) must be met to qualify for any promotion.
• Fachai reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

Section 08

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the Fachai Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and/or live dealer systems supplied by licensed third-party game providers. The specific rules for each game type are governed by the rules published within the game interface itself, which the Player is responsible for reading before participating.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on Fachai's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed definitive for all purposes, including settlement of wagers and calculation of winnings.

Fachai reserves the right to void any wager or game round where there is credible evidence of technical malfunction, software error, game provider error, or any other circumstance that would render the integrity of the round unreliable. In such cases, the stake placed on the affected round will be returned to the Player's balance.

Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body, competition organiser, or sports data provider used by Fachai. Fachai's determination of the applicable result is final. Live and in-play betting markets may suspended or voided in certain circumstances, including but not limited to score corrections, abandoned matches, or data feed errors.

Section 09

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Fachai Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the consequences set out below:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using a third-party's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with Fachai.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human mechanism to access, navigate, or operate the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for any money laundering purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour towards Fachai's staff, support agents, or other Players.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, fraud detection, or responsible gambling measure implemented by Fachai.

Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, Fachai reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void all associated wagers and bonuses, withold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the Fachai Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, software code, and the overall design and layout ("Content"), is the exclusive property of Fachai or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, published, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of Fachai.

The Fachai name, logo, and all associated branding are proprietary trademarks. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a licence or transfer of any trade mark rights to the Player.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fachai and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including any losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or maintenance periods;
• Loss of data, account funds, or game history due to circumstances beyond Fachai's reasonable control;
• Errors in game results where such errors are attributable to third-party game providers;
• Gambling losses arising from the Player's own decisions;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Any act or omission by a Player in breach of these Terms.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, Fachai's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 12

Suspension & Termination

Fachai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, and to withold or forfeit all associated balances, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested;
• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 09;
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so;
• Account inactivity exceding 12 consecutive months, in which case any remaining balance may be subject to inactivity management procedures communicated to the Player by email.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting Fachai's support team. Upon voluntary closure and subject to any pending verification or investigation, any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be processed in accordance with the Platform's standard withdrawal procedures.

Section 13

Privacy & Data Protection

Fachai collects, processes, stores, and uses Players' personal data in accordance with itsPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to, registration information, identity verification documents, financial transaction data, device and session data, and communications with support staff. Such data is used to operate the Platform, verify identity, detect fraud, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and deliver personalised gaming experiences.

Fachai does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification partners, game suppliers) solely to the extent necessary to provide services to the Player, and such providers are contractually bound to maintain appropriate data security standards.

Section 14

Responsible Gambling

Fachai is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — if it is no longer that for you, we strongly encourage you to use the tools and resources available.

Fachai provides the following responsible gambling features to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account via the responsible gambling settings menu or by contacting support.
• Session Time Limits — Configure session duration reminders to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion — Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the Platform. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Take a short break from gambling by activating a cooling-off period (available in24-hour, 7-day, and 30-day durations).
• Reality Checks — Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing session duration and net win/loss position.

Section 15

Amendments to These Terms

Fachai reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time, without prior notice to Players except where such notice is required by applicable law. All amendments take effect from the date on which the updated Terms are published on this page.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms. If you object to any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, where applicable, request closure of your account.

Where a change to these Terms is material — meaning it significantly affects Players' rights or obligations — Fachai will make reasonable efforts to communicate such changes via email notification to the address on file for each registered account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Section 16

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be referred to Fachai's customer support team for resolution. Fachai will make reasonable efforts to resolve Player disputes within 15 business days of receipt of a written complaint submitted via the support channels described in Section 17.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other legal remedy. Nothing in this Section limits Fachai's right to take immediate action to protect its interests, including seeking injunctive relief or taking action against accounts found to be in breach of these Terms.

Players acknowledge that all gambling activities conducted on the Platform are carried out at the Player's own risk and in accordance with the laws applicable in the Player's own jurisdiction of residence. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws.
